I decided on Butcher Top after researching different shed companies, reading reviews, and looking at sample products. I wanted the look of a country tea house overlooking my front garden. Michael and I spent almost three hours discussing various options. He was straightforward with his recommendations and pricing options, which I really appreciated. I went with his recommendations for roof and wall color and am so glad because it ties in very well with my house. The quality and attention to detail that Butcher Top brought is outstanding. From the hip roof framing to the alignment of the windows all around the house to running the gutters to the back door drainage. All of these contribute to the very specific look I was going for. Michael also reached out to me a couple of times during the fabrication process to confirm my preferences. Delivery was arranged a few days ahead of time and confirmed twice prior to the delivery day. Mic and Bob were an absolute pleasure. They took extra care to place the shed exactly as I wanted and took extra time to level the shed and ramp. Overall, Butcher Top superceded my expectations. Aside from being detail oriented and professional, they are just really nice, honest people. And, they go the extra mile to be sure their customer is satisfied. I highly recommend this company.

My husband and I were very happy with the entire process and our shed looks great! Where we wanted the shed was somewhat difficult to access, but Bob and Mick worked meticulously to get it perfectly into place. The whole team was professional and easy to work with from start to finish. Our shed is built with the kind of quality that assures us it will hold up for years! Lots of great features included, such as the peg board, loft and hooks for rakes, shovels, etc. We also purchased 4 folding adirondack chairs that are top quality! Can't wait to enjoy them around the fire next summer!

If you want to have input in designing your custom shed from start to finish then Butcher Top Sheds are your guys. I was pressed for time as we head into the winter months and wanted to find a shed ASAP so I could get some garage space back as we just moved into a new house. I almost went with several other shed companies that had the size I needed, but not necessarily what I wanted. I decided to go in and see Michael and I was SOLD. I was able to design every element of my shed, from the color of the siding and trim down to the color and style of the hinges. I added various electrical components, a loft, custom windows, workbench and some other accessories and the price was still lower than competitors. I must have called every shed company on the area and they had limited inventory because they order them pre-fab and what they get in is what they get. At Butcher Top they build them for start to finish on site. I was able to get my custom shed designed, built and delivered within 3 weeks! And for this time of the year was pretty unbelievable. I thought I would be waiting until Spring 2021! You won't find better craftsmanship at any of those other shed companies, trust me I looked. So if you want to design your own shed and want the best that's out there in the Capital Region then Butcher Top are your guys!

After researching and getting estimates from a few other shed companies, my husband and I decided to go with Butcher Top, and we couldn't be more satisfied and happy. From day one working with Mike on the design and materials of the shed to today's delivery with Mike's crew, everything went so smooth and in record time of 2 weeks! (unlike all other companies that said 8 to 10 weeks for some weird reason) I can definitely say that the investment was worth as I now have a utility shed with lofts, hooks, shelves, and sturdy wood and ramp. Shed is very well constructed and every detail that was agreed on is in there plus more. If you'd like a shed that lasts you for many years to come I definitely recommend Butcher Top!
