How do you write a review for a tow? How much service do you expect when someone comes to take your vehicle away? It's not like a store or a restaurant, you're getting your vehicle towed! I guess it can be so much more. When I needed my Jeep Wrangler towed 22 miles away from my home, I called my insurance company, who called Interstate Northeast. My insurance company said they'd be there within 90 minutes, and Lawrence called within 30. He was courteous, listened to my instructions on how to find my home, and arrived within the next 30 minutes. He introduced himself, and asked about my situation. He was well prepared in dress, tools, and expertise. He went way beyond my expectations when he offered to secure the damaged part of my vehicle, so that it wouldn't get damaged further on the trip. We had a brief conversation, and he was on his way. When he dropped off my vehicle, he sent me a photo of it and a text saying that he'd delivered it safely. It was a textbook customer service delivery, which is what compelled me to write a review about getting my car towed. I would definitely use their company again.

Extremely professional and helpful! Super clean trucks, cabs and decks! Drivers very clean and friendly also. James was awesome and definitely took pride in his rig and job. Can tell a lot by how clean a man keeps his rig when doing dirty work all day. Scott was very helpful with updates and helping assist triple a with getting me a ride home. 110% recommended and will deal with again.
I had to call Triple AAA to assist with getting a U -haul truck stuck in my front lawn after the inept man who we used to help move got the truck stuck. Interstate towing arrived on time, was courteous and patient and even helped move some heavy furniture. I would highly recommend.
I recommend using Interstate Northeast Inc. There was a bit of a wait for tow service, but that was anticipated considering we are experiencing a pandemic. Ryan Bean was courteous, efficient and professional. Mr. Bean's experience was reassuring during such an unfortunate event. Thank you
