We used Doug several times over the years. We were always happy with the price and quality we received. The last time we used them however was different. We got a quote from Doug, which we accepted. When his guys did the work, they did not do everything per the quote. I paid them because we had to go to a funeral out of town. When we got back, I called Doug. He said we would be getting a 300 refund for the work that wasn't done and to expect the check in a week. Two months and two phone calls (messages, that were never returned) later; no check. Draw your own conclusion on the integrity of this business. Update: March 2, 2020, We heard from Doug after seven months. We got the check for 300 and a letter saying that he had a family emergency and was very sorry. I rerated the company back to the 5 stars it had always been. As an aside, to have simply changed the company's voice mail message could have avoided much aggravation.

Doug is one of the most stand up guys i know. He takes his business very seriously and is always willing to lend a helping hand. He came out just days before the holidays to make sure our chimney was safe for use for the holidays! Thanks again Doug
