Literally obsessed with this store, always amazing deals, very clean and organized! LIZ was the sweet finisher to my shopping experience tonight and I will 100% be back on her days just because of her amazing customer service!! She was so helpful and sweet and you could tell she genuinely loves working here ️

I stopped in to grab a shirt for work and was very pleasantly surprised. Signage, displays and shelving was on par with a regular store. nothing said 'outlet' at all. I picked up a totally decent polo for 13 dollars. Staff greeted me promptly and were very nice. I stopped shopping express year ago in favor of department stores and more expensive brands. the value I experienced at express outlet seriously has me reconsidering where i will spend for basics in the future.

I previously had a negative review since my first 3 visits to this store since it opened i have visited many more times and the atmosphere has changed. The clothes seem to be more reasonable as far as prices and the staff has changed. I always enjoy going to the express in Southlake and one of the previous ladies I always saw there now works at the outlet. She was always helpful and im so happy to say the experiences here have now been much more pleasant and you can get help now when you come in the store. I visit frequently and everyone is super nice and helpful.
