I went in to find hopefully find something that I could use to repair a vinyl seat. The woman working was very helpful and nice. A definite departure from the typical retail experience. I would have given 5 stars but the checkout experience was less than stellar.

I'm going to knit a new winter hat and scarf for my gentleman friend for his birthday. I had lots of beautiful yarn to choose from. I don't like to order yarn online. I need to see and feel it for myself. I chose a nice acrylic yarn from Mandala in the color magician. It's a self-stripping yarn. It doesn't feel like your run of the mill acrylic. Most feel like plastic and are scratchy. This is very soft and the colours are beautiful. I always find what I need from JoAnn's. Their employees are always very helpful and friendly. Well I formed about whatever craft I'm working on. Very happy with my purchase.
Great staff and you are able to get things curbside to ensure you are covid safe. Morgan answered my questions on the phone about a project I wanted to do and beyond helpful! Looking forward to many more (curbside) trips here! Keep up the great work guys!
1. Wen my daughter look you up it indicated they were closed, when in fact you were open. 2. Customer service is extremely slow. 3. Yesterday you had a Canvas giveaway and customer service had no idea what my daughter was talking about. We waited about fifteen (15) minutes before they were able to help us out. 4. We were a party of four and It took an employee about ten (10) minutes to bring one Canvas. 5. It took a different employee (because the first one had clocked out) about ten (10) more minutes to bring the other three Canvas. 6. Overall it was a bad experience.
Good customer service. The one associate made sure to wipe the counters after each customer. They have really cute face masks you can buy too.
