I Called at 9 am and Tech \Jason\ arrived within thee hour and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and was super assertive which is reassuring. Lets me know he knows what the hell he's doing. My Parents used Modern H&C for 30 years and now I see why.

We had tech \Jason\ from Modern Heating come out to inspect why our heat wasn't working. He told us we need to purchase a new unit because we had a blown heat exchanger. We had a different HVAC company come out the next day and to our surprise, our heat exchanger was in perfect working condition and to top things off, Modern Heating had shut off our gas line which would explain why our heat wasn't working! The CEO of Modern Heating called to inquire if he was going to make a sale, and when I explained our concern, he stubbornly stood by his tech and was completely dismissive of our concern. It is truly unbelievable that a company would operate like this, and we would not recommend them and are considering reporting them for their shenanigans.

We have called on Modern on several occasions and have found them to be price competitive and especially customer focused in solving the problem.
