I signed up with WM after relocating from WA State. I had been with WM in WA for 10 years without any difficulties. When I called to establish service at my new address in Converse, Texas I was informed my pick up days would be Monday and Thursday. I was instructed to have my 32 gallon garbage cans on the street by no later than 7AM on Monday morning, which I did. However, my garbage was NOT picked up!! I called to find out what is going on and was told my garbage pick up days are actually Wed & Sat!! But, I was instructed to leave out the cans and that the garbage would be picked up within 24 hours and that I would receive notification of that. NEITHER of those things happened! So there is a HUGE break down in communication here. It is now Wednesday at almost 9AM and my garbage has NOT been picked up AGAIN!!! I paid upfront for your service & all that I am requesting is that you DO YOUR JOB!!!!! This is ridiculous and very frustrating. I no longer feel as if I can rely on WM for my garbage service!
As usual, WM indicates that they will pick up one day after Thanksgiving and they have not picked up at all.
I have had service thru waste management for years and had no problem until I started using this one. I have NEVER been so aggravated or annoyed by a company like this one has made me. I hate paying for a service that I dont get. They swear up and down to fix a problem or to call you back and that does not happen. Horrible management all the way down the line. Very dissatisfied with the service this whole office has
