I can’t say enough good things about them. You will not regret working with them. They are a family run business that has been doing this for a long time. When working with them, they really took their time and worked with me on the fence I needed with the space I had. They broke down everything I needed to know before starting the installation. I was always treated very well here. It was an absolute pleasure working with them. Highly recommended if you are shopping for fences.

Phone etiquette of receptionist is beyond hostile and rude! I called to follow up on my order after several weeks but the lady gave me a LECTURE about how I am wasting her time like I am a bother. I am a paying customer and it's not like I am calling EVERY DAY. If this is how you treat your paying customers, I hope you go bankrupt soon. Don't work in customer service if you can't treat people with decency and a composed manner. There's no need to freak out!!
Horrible customer service. Called them, ask for and appointment. They gave a date and told they gonna call me in the morning so we can fix a time to get an estimate done according to my availability on that specific date. They did call and said they gonna be coming 1030-11AM. I requested for can it be little early or exactly at 1030AM? Becuz i have a doctor appointment. He wasn’t sure, if he can make it on time. so he said, he will call me right before he comes which he never did. so after my doctor appointment, i called them, he said he can’t come today and he was very rude and unprofessional. That is not the way they should treat upcoming customer. I wont recommend this place for any job.
A great company. Very professional. Very reliable. The owner, Jerry is very easy to work with. The price was fair. The men came on time, did a beautiful job putting up the fence, and left my yard spotlessly clean. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend them.
