I would love to give this place 5 stars but I can’t. I used them two weeks ago and someone went through my personal stuff in my car. I keep a leather fanny pack in my car which I keep dog treats in so when I’m walking my two dogs I have treats but my hands are on my dog leashes. This looks like it might be a money source but it isn’t. Someone at Parknjet when through this and the treats, bug spray etc, were all over. I emailed the company and NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. So be careful if you use this service because someone is doing more than parking your car. Lowered my review to one star because I still have not heard from the management.

I used Park N Jet for the first time at O'Hare last week and everything worked perfectly. When I arrived at 545am, I was able to immediately hop on a bus. We went away from the airport for a quick stop at the adjacent hotel which they must provide the shuttle services for. But then straight to the terminal. Upon return, I went to the bus shuttle center for the first time but found it very easily. The bus was there and quickly back to the lot. I was asked to pay exactly the amount on my reservation. Super easy and everything worked great.

The driver did not wear a mask and did not enforce mask wearing on the bus. And the bus was filled to capacity. Every seat taken and properly wearing a mask is optional. I will never use their service again.
