Waited over 25 mins in 3 weather for the bus, then the guy in the 2nd Pic was driving like a maniac in snow/ice covered roads, almost got in an accident 3 times on the way to the parking garage. Cheap but not the best...

So first time using this facility and probably the last at least until the Covid thing is behind us. Easy reserving online no problems getting in and shuttled to the airport. The problem was getting a shuttle back to our vehicle from O’hare. There were at least 30 people backed up in line and we stood there at least 10-15 minutes and no shuttle had come yet. Had it not been 3 degrees outside this might have been tolerable for 20 minutes or so but seeing that we were not going to be able to get on the first shuttle we didn’t want to wait for a second so we decided to catch a taxi which cost us 24 to get back to our car. Might try again down the road but for now back to the hotel/shuttle parking.

Good place to park on a budget. Make sure you buy a spot beforehand and bring all the information they send you about you reservation so you can scan it to get in, but they have a complimentary shuttle and are usually spaced nicely going to and from the airport

I have parked at Preflight multiple times in the last couple of months. They always have good rates. The parking garage is impeccably clean as well as the interior spaces. Their drivers are safe and courteous. The vans have plastic dividers between the seats to help keep the passengers safe during Covid 19.
