Had a reservation at this establishment because I like the location and pictures. When we arrived there was only one person working and the entire place was a mess. The tables and the bar area had dirty glasses and plates piled up. As she said take a seat with the dirty glasses and it is \ Going to be awhile for service\. We left This place really let you pour your own beer and bring your own mug because they are obviously too cheap to pay for help. Maybe I will get to see this establishment in Gordon Ramsay kitchen nightmares someday because if this is what the dining area looks like I can only imagine the back of the restaurant.

There are many reasons to enjoy this brewery. There are few places who figured out how to use technology to prevent waste. It was easy to scan the QR code for the menu and no more wasted paper or laminated menus to sanitize. The beer is great. The space is ample and the service was prompt and polite. I'm glad that I have been buying this beer from the local stores for a while. I wish they had another location with more parking and an area away from such a busy, noisy road.

Love love love this place and all the people that works there. They are always so nice and food/drinks are so good, plus good service.

Been to short fuse many times, they do have great food and decent beer. Two star rating tho due to not taking COVID seriously. Everyone behind the bar had masks around their neck, frequently taking them all the way off. Our waiter even took his mask off when he took our order. Overall made us very uncomfortable and we won’t be returning during the pandemic.
