Julian came out to clean out carpets today... super nice young man, very professional and courteous... did a fantastic job! Even gave us booties to wear in the house while the carpets were drying.... so happy with the job he did... highly recommend Schmitz Carpet Care! In fact they are doing the tile and grout in my office on Monday!

I live in an apartment where they offer free yearly carpet cleanings to residents and let me tell you, I will be calling these guys when I leave here. Greg has come to my place every time and done a wonderful job. He is friendly and personable as well as mindful that he is in someone else's home. Whenever they've given me a window of time, all three times they've shown up within the first 30 minutes. They do a wonderful job of removing stains from the carpet and it feels soft afterwards. I cannot recommend them enough!

I just had my carpet cleaned by Drew, and it looks wonderful. I don't want to walk on it! So fluffy and clean. Drew arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. I have a large area rug and he made sure that I knew not to put it down on the carpet until it was completely dry. Also, the coupon I had was for high traffic areas only, but on the phone when I made my appointment, Jim said if I wanted to move anything, they would clean everything they could get to without moving furniture. What a deal! I only waited less than one day for an appointment. All in all a great experience, friendly professional staff and a clean carpet. Highly recommend.
