The food is good- my son loves it. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I was supposed to receive a credit, three calls later with promises to look into my issue and it's still not resolved. Will definitely bring this up to my PTO so they can identify another vendor

According to my son, the food is "awesome" - he especially loves the Mac & Cheese. I contacted the school, Oakwood, to give them praises and they said "we hear that often" about their lunch provider Schoolhouse Grill. Keep up the great work! Happy child Happy parents.
