Being a single woman of a certain age with not the best financial track record, I was quite nervous about even looking at a car via a dealership. After a series of \this car will do for now\ vehicles , Schumacher Chevrolet of Little falls was highly recommended by trusted friends. Everyone there, Mark the sales manager, Annie my sales person and Marc the finance wizard, were better for my nerves than any tonic, and made my wallet very, very happy. Imagine how I felt when Judith Schumacher introduced herself took the time to talk to me! I was buying a pre- owned vehicle but was treated as if I were buying a fleet of new cars. the experience couldn't have been smoother. Annie was attentive to my concerns and steered me to a car that would exactly fit my needs and budget, with features I never thought I could afford. Never did I feel pressured, and was treated with respect and genuine empathy. Marc explained the financial details clearly in people speak not banker speak and made me feel valued as a customer. I now have a beautiful reliable fabulous car that I can afford. Having this car is a life changer for me. Thank you everyone at Schumacher... there aren't enough starts for me to give!!

Went in two weeks ago to buy a new car for my wife. Leo, our salesman, was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. This was my second time working with him and we were looking at a completely different car from the first time. Her knee the ins and outs of the car and was able to answer all of our questions. Fast forward to pick up day. There was an issue with the car and manager Mark and Leo went above and beyond to make my wife and I happy. This is a fantastic place where they really want their customers happy and excited about their vehicle purchase. Thank you guys So much!

New car day is always the BEST day. Thank you Mark & Leo for allowing me to enjoy it! They brought integrity and bend over backwards accommodation to my purchase of this HOT Camaro. The team came with a fair/right price right away. No games at all. Mark Rodriguez (manager) drove the car out to my home and we did the paperwork in my driveway. You cant have a better experience - especially in times like these. Will use them again this fall when my other car lease is up.
