Very rude and unprofessional, was told he had no availability to install our pool, we tried to do it ourselves and it collapsed. We called for advise, he came and looked at it for 2 minutes told us then he would’ve done it and then said he wouldn’t touch it. Also comes up with excuses not to service our hot tub since we did not purchase it from him. Would not recommend.
