My wife and I really liked living here! You come across some people who you just can't please no matter what you do, but for the most part, the grounds are kept up with and if you treat others with respect you will get along just fine! We would still be living there if my husband wouldn't have became sick..we had to move couldn't afford it anymore due to David losing his job..became Very ill and was forced to retire..very clean! Maintenancing was awesome..the day you have an issue the guys were there fixing it! Couldn't ask for a nicer place to reside at! Hope this helped someone! All my comments are honest
I've lived here for over 20 years and it's very quiet, good neighbors, but the only complaint is the rent it has gone up just about every year and is kinda high. But a great place to raise children. Wide open space love it....
Nice friendly family oriented mobile home park in the Blue mountain School district. I love the house n lot we r currently in. We have a cute creek out back n a playground within walking ditance that is maintain very well for the kids.
A very nice mobile home park, kept up by the owners. A nice place to live. My daughter & granddaughters live here.
