This place is amazing. Tried several butcher shops for hogs. I like this one the best. They will go out of thier way to help people. I've never in my life left a review for any business or product. The packaging is excellent. The service is amazing. The prices are right. I'd prefer to take my critters here for processing over any place in the area.

After having Summits incredible pork chops I had to try some of their other products. Their dry aged rib eyes were as good as any steak house. I also picked up two packs of their Summit hot dogs. I wont ever buy a regular hot dog or brat again. Everything came professionally packaged and sealed, quality unbeatable at any local chain store. Buy local and support Summit!!!
Great quality meats and a great selection. Love the food truck. Cant pass em up. Especially the home made sausages.
I had a deer processed by them in 2018. Their 24 hr deer drop off cooler was the reason I drove an hour to them and it was well worth it. They make probably the best summer sausage I’ve ever had.
Literally the best meat that I have ever had. Family run business with the BEST customer service. Absolutely delicious selection!
