The Dome is currently closed - I HOPE THEY ARE ABLE TO RE-OPEN! It's a GREAT facility with kind and caring people that work there. I can get free membership at a number of different facilities (Silver Sneakers) but I prefer to pay at the Dome. I hope someone helps out and enables them to open their doors again.
The facility is great, well maintained and comfortable. The staff is well organized and accommodating. Our lacrosse team was able to have indoor practices last year while field time was at a premium. Looking forward to the indoor sessions during this winter.
Liked going here a lot , nice people , classes were fun . If mid week daytime hours change and I can go early morning everyday again I would sign back up .
Covenant, friendly help and great place for getting into shape. Only downfall is the hours are too short several friends can't go due to work schedule but I make it work!

A rare & #amazingfacility!! This #SportComplex is unique and not only has a unique building but also with the new sports programs - especially Children's #baseballprograms it is a unique find. Professional (both past and current) baseball players come here to teach children the techniques required to play a good #baseball #game. They are professionals! Their first concern is to NOT have children doing things their bodies cannot yet handle, plus they Know the importance of keeping the player healthy vrs just pushing them to win. The Pocono Dome brought in Ray Burris and Billy Staples to set up the baseball program. Children and adults alike can get signed items from the players as well as time to get their pictures with the players. You need to check this place out!! (If you need a family friendly place to stay - go to the #QualityInn in #Stroudsburg PA, and do not forget your swim suites.)
