My 4 year old aerator stopped working. Wife was sad. The motor was basically shot. Scott Aerator replaced it for free as it was still covered by their 5 year warranty. As they are local, to me, I was able to save the shipping by dropping off / picking up. When I dropped it off, the sales man told me that he lived near me and could even drop it off at my home if that would be easier for me. Customer service is so great there!! It was a great experience and I highly recommend their products!

We, John & Joyce, have been operating our DA-20, 1-1/2 HP 230 volts for 8 years, providing a Aerator healthy pond. On three separate occasions, we have contacted SCOTT, asking and received assistance. One issue: a failed anchoring, line caused by a non stainless steel connector, Installed by our contractor. Other two issues, provided assistance resolved by SCOTT.
After some research, and a recommendation from my Devils Lake Oregon neighbor, I purchased a 1/2 hp Scott aerator aqua-sweep with the Oscillator option a few weeks ago from Midwestponds.com. Unfortunately, the fan unit was damaged in shipping. I contacted Joe, at Midwestponds, and he immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent from the Scott factory. I received the replacement in just a few days. I have had it running off my dock now in several locations, and have to say my lake bottom has not looked better in years. It will make it so easy to maintain now!!! Big thanks to John at the Scott Aerator factory and Joe at Midwestponds.com for such excellent service, and a great product to boot!!! Chris R
