Beware of this place, possible mechanic scam by breaking parts on purpose. I have travelled and lived in many places in the US. My two vehicles always gets the same service at all auto shops; new tires and tire rotation. I change the oil at home every 5k or 4 months, whichever comes first, and always I check the drivetrain and all under carriage. I am posting this so you check your car when bringing it back from this place. The vehicles have been fine until they paid a visit to the tire center on base. BOTH vehicles w broken slashed axle boots, in a period of six months. Now out of nowhere both cars have damaged axle boots, not a tear, but a nice clean cut on the boot. Different make, different yrs, and that both experience the same damage on a short period of time. Also, do not make them align your car. Made the mistake, the car never drives straight now, worst than before. The shop gave me the money back. At the beginning they were blaming it on the new tires, which is easy to verify. After much tire rotation, they gave up and told me to take the car somewhere else. The shop does not change the boot, they want 600 to replace both axles, 1,200 for both of course. So beware, check the axle boots, serpentine belts, before and after taking the vehicle to them. You will know, there was a puddle of heavy duty grease under the car and driveway. To go ask them if it was them is pointless, is just way too much coincidence on the vehicle similar and short amount of time damages. My cars are easy daily drivers, no off roading, and always granny drive them.

This is suppose to be a service that benefits military personnel. It’s located on an Air Force have but services anyone. I (active duty) was told to wait while the woman behind the counter sponsored a customer on base to come get their car. I’m sorry but if anyone needs to wait, it’s the folks that don’t have access to the base.

Mike was able to get my wife's Tahoe in for service same-day for a complete tire replacement and alignment when I was in a bind. Had the tires in-stock and did all the maintenance while I was at work, which is very important to me (CONVENIENCE!). Mike and his team of technicians did the job right the first time at a decent value. I have peace of mind knowing that her vehicle is safe on the road and has a service agreement if anything goes wrong on the road. Highly recommend Mike and his team! A
