Horrible customer service. Had to go to shop several times because my DVD's wouldn't work properly. Wasted a whole bunch of my time, wouldn't try to fix the issue & charged me 300 to convert my old video's. Wasn't worth it. Took forever (6 months) and I certainlly would not recommend this establishment. The customer is NEVER right with this guy!
