After two weeks of hunting a specific kit and talking to what felt like 100s of drum stores. I was stoked to have two conversations with brad. I felt like he was willing to do what it took to sell me a kit. Everyone and I mean every other person I spoke with from there stores was rude and showed no signs of caring. I will be making future purchases here. These guys do it right!!

Punk snot-nosed kid followed me around like I was going to steal everything in the place and told me not to touch anything without gloves??!!! I'll come check you out later after you get a clue about customer service and fire this jerk. I shudder to think that everyone is gravitating towards shopping at Guitar Center but at least there I can feel free to try out a drum or cymbal with sticks and "touch" things I may want to purchase. Get a clue, Scott's!!
