Given the drop in business because of Covid, you'd think the staff would be on their best game here. Well no...they were not. Was just at 92nd street tonight, Saturday August 29th, 2020 between 830pm and 10pm. After ordering some beer pretzels and cheese and a single Guinness I was surprised at how long it took to get the appetizer. I was literally at the end of the bar, next to the kitchen entrance. 20-30 minutes. The pretzels were luke warm and the cheese had gotten cold. No one even asked how they were and the male bartender never asked if I wanted another Guinness. So i simply asked for the bill which came very quickly. Usually I tip very heavy, at the minimum 20%. Tonight, I left nothing. I don't know how the bar businesses and restaurants will survive these times with incompetent staff and the effects of covid combined. I'm amazed at the level of disconnect between the service personnel and good customer service. Do you honestly think we have to stop by your bar? In the future, I will definitely go elsewhere for adult beverages and food... Where people are truly concerned about my level of service and my experience in their establishment. SKIP 92nd STREET.

Absolute waste of money. You would think being local, they would do whatever possible, during a pandemic to get return customers. Meal was delivered via Postmates. Saw my driver was waiting for 40min. It took them over an hour to prepare, when I called the restaurant, the guy who answered was rude, like I was bothering him. Food was dry, rubber made and overcooked, and thrown away. How can one screw up mashed potatoes? How they have 4 stars is beyond me. Gross.

I got the taco salad and since i dont eat meat they put a bunch of peppers and onions on it. So delish!

The wife and I stopped in and had a bite to eat. The atmosphere and customer service is second to none. The person behind bar (Kelly) was very nice and provided us a very warm welcome. I recommend this as a place to go if you are in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area
