I went to see Paul because I was suffering from a severe right shoulder and neck pain with stiffness, that prevent me from some movements, affected my regular daily activities, and affected my sleep. The pain was very intense for several months and I went to see a chiropractor before seeing Paul (wrong decision). It didn’t help at all, and after about 10 sessions I just stopped because there was no improvement. Then, I went to see Paul, and after the first treatment I felt a relief in the shoulder and neck and started sleeping better. Today I had my 4th visit and feel much better, I can say about 80% better. I regret not visiting Paul first, and I don’t know why I didn’t do it because he treated me for a lower back pain about 2 years ago. When I came to see him that time I barely could walk. He explained his approach and in about 5 visit the pain was gone and I could re-start exercising and performing my regular activities. So, my previous experience with Paul was also great. I highly recommend Paul, he is very professional and in my experience, I saw results after my first visit, both times for different issues. My wife was the one that recommended him to me and she also has a great opinion of his work.

I was in so much pain in my lower back that I could not bend over to pick up anything off the floor. The pain kept me up at night and I never felt comfortable. This went on for months and months. I tried physical therapy which provided enough relief to be able to get somewhat back to normal but didn’t relieve the nagging pain. I stopped working out and had to stop golfing which I really enjoy. A friend referred me to Above and Beyond Accupuncture. Paul worked miracles. The combination of cupping and Accupuncture was exactly what I needed. I am back to golfing, working out, and have no pain. I cannot recommend him and his practice enough. I finally feel back to normal and at one point thought that to be impossible.
