I wish there was a way to write a four and a half star review. Since there was room for improvement, this is four stars. But in reality, it should be four and a half. What I liked: Salesman Shane very nice. Manager Chris worked hard to get our deal done. Finance manager Derrick was AWESOME, easiest finance manager I’ve ever dealt with. And I like the truck! I will say that Chris in particular heard my bottom lines and concerns. He was nice, and he several times thanked me for being nice (which I was). Overall it was a pretty painless transaction and never felt adversarial (as dealing with dealerships often does). Everyone there is friendly. I would ask for Chris if you ever go in there as he worked hard to make the deal happen, much to his credit. What kept this from being a five star review: Shane did not call me when we went to lunch to follow up with some info we needed, as I’d requested. When I called to talk to him, his cell number on his voicemail was not correct. So, I had to go back in order to get my questions answered, and wait around longer than I would have liked. Also, the rate I agreed upon with Chris was different than what Derrick thought — Derrick fixed it, but it was annoying. Last small quibble, I asked for a couple free oil changes and got shot down — not a big deal but would have been a nice sweetener. And I drove away with 3/8 tank of gas — not classy on a very large purchase! Having said all that, overall I was happy. Everything got done to my satisfaction. Chris worked very hard to get the deal done. Derrick was very efficient. Shane was friendly and answered all our questions. I recommend giving them a shot!

I inquired online about a sarge green Jeep Wrangler Sport S. Josh texted me and asked if he could be of any assistance and answer any questions I had. I explained my situation about a trade in and throughout the day he worked tirelessly to make sure I finally got my dream Jeep. Eventually I went into the dealership to meet with him and man was I absolutely happy to do so. I ended up driving off the lot with the new keys in hand. Not only was the process painless, but I was able to get in and out in a matter of a couple of hours, start to finish. We all know you could spend a day in a dealership but not here. I was under a time constraint because my son had baseball practice. They recognized that and made it happen. I want to thank Josh, Ricardo and all the folks at Airpark Dodge Chrysler Jeep for such great service! I highly recommend and if I could’ve given 10 stars I would’ve.

Went looking for a new truck since my old one died. This was one of the many dealerships I went to on my journey and glad I did. Lucas, my salesman, was a fine young man who didn't pressure me at all. He listened to my needs and showed me what I was looking for within my budget. After deciding on a 2017 Ram we worked out the final price and I drove home a happy customer. I went back a few days later to have new tires put on and the service department was great.
