We are on our 5th car purchase from Alfa Romeo Scottsdale thanks to GM Ozzy and Dean and the rest of the staff who treats you like family. Their customer service was incredible and make any traction we’ve had with them go with ease. They are never pushy and aggressive when it comes to negotiating a price, they are very accommodating. When I woke up today, I certainly did not have any intention to purchase a car! However, I’ve had my eye on a Alfa Romeo Giulia, and as we were passing the dealership in Scottsdale, I told my boyfriend, let’s just see what they have. Well, wouldn’t you know it, I met Mark Atia, the friendly and knowledgeable salesperson, and he showed and explained what this car was all about.
