It was my first time there so they did a thorough job explaining everything they were going to do and why. I felt like they really cared about getting a thorough exam and explaining the findings to me, and were flexible with me for when I needed to return! The atmosphere was awesome and the people are very friendly.

I switched dentists to Dr Alpers about a year ago and I am soooo happy I did! I love this office! Tina and Carla at the front desk are always so nice, thoughtful and caring. They always get right back to me with any questions. Dr. Alpers has been very professional and his work has been outstanding. I highly recommend this office to all my friends!

I have been going to Dr Alpers and Dr Russo's office for 18 years, they are great. But, the great tone is really set by the front office staff, the dental hygienists and all the staff. They are personable, professional and know their stuff. Going to the dentist never feels like \going to the dentist\. And, over the course of all the years I don't remember waiting more than five minutes for my scheduled appointment time. They are always on time!

Dr Alpers and his incredible team will make you feel at home from the moment you step foot in the door. The front office staff take a genuine interest in you and are always willing to go above and beyond to help/support you. The hygienists are kind, knowledgeable, and really great at what they do. They make going to the dentist something to look forward to instead of fear. During a procedure, Dr Alpers is calm, patient, and explains everything he is doing every step of the way. It really puts you at ease. I have never had a smoother dental work process. I don't have enough superlatives to express just how amazing and special this dentist, this team, and this place are. If you are ever looking for a dentist or to get dental work done (especially if you have ever been scared or had a bad previous experience somewhere), Alpers Family and Cosmetic Dentistry is the place to go! I promise you wont regret it.

I became a patient of Dr. Russo in 2003 after moving to Arizona. Dr. Russo is a highly skilled dentist who also happens to also have a great sense of humor! Dr. Alpers is taking over the practice and recently did some dental work for me. He is calm, communicative, and caring in his approach and inflicts the least pain necessary to get the work done. I can't vouch for the crown yet but am confident he did a great job. I like this dental practice because the staff is very competent and extremely friendly, helpful with insurance billing questions, and always make it a positive experience for both my husband and me. Furthermore, I never feel like they are trying to \upsell\ me, a practice management tactic that I have experienced with many other medical practices. I highly recommend this dental practice without hesitation.
