Apex is simply the best and I will not use anyone else! I've had to use them twice on our rental- once when a renter backed into the garage and bent the rails and another time when the renter said the garage door wasn't opening. Both times they were able to fix it quickly and charged a very reasonable rate. I was especially impressed when for the second time, it was simply that the renter had disengaged the door from the opener, and being that nothing was broken, they charged a great rate in having to come out and did some checking and tuning while they were there. Thanks for always offering great service and reasonable rates!

I hate writing reviews, I don’t have time for them! That said, I MUST make time to call out the Apex team for simply outstanding service, and more specifically, the tech Derrick. After hour service call with a smile, providing full detail on what happened, and the path to resolution - all at a fair price. I was elated they came quickly given some activity in area with porch pirates. The possibility of leaving my door open (in pieces) overnight scared me. I was back in action in 2 hours for time I called. Wow! There was a minor issue after the service and they were out late (within 30 minutes of calling on a Sunday night) to resolve in 5 minutes. Service after the sale makes a very happy customer and referrals. I just can’t say enough praise with how these people do business, it’s unfortunate other contractors do not handle themselves similarly. Well done Apex team. My sincere gratitude for getting me back in action with very little effort or worry.
I found Apex Garage Door & Repair on Yelp. My rental property in Peoria had a broken garage door spring and it needed repair ASAP. Apex had such high rating in Yelp I had to give them a call and I could not be happier with their service. The did exactly what they said they would do!! The estimate over the phone was spot on. I was told that once the technician assessed the needed repairs they would call to discuss with me before any work began. The repairs were done in less than 20 minutes and my tenants were very pleased. I would not hesitate to call Apex again and would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. I love the fact they are family owned!!
Great service and I’m assuming a great price. (Didn’t shop around, trusted the other reviews). This was for a rental and it is very important that my tenants have a good experience w repair companies. This is what my tenant texted me after the repair... “Hello Greg, just wanted to update you. DJ the Tech was very professional with 12 years of experience. He was thorough and went above and beyond. Two thumbs up for that company. Thank you so much for getting that handled so quickly.” In addition, they took my call on a Sat. And did the work on Labor Day. No extra charge. I will definitely use again!! Thanks Apex!
These guys are great. They only fix what needs to be fixed and have very reasonable charges. Very dependable.
