For one, this facility is located in a very sketchy area in which I did not feel safe being there with my baby even outside for a few seconds in broad daylight because of the locals. A lot of people in the area are very rude, disrespectful, and like to stare at you with a hawk eye. They'll bump into you without saying \excuse me'or \sorry\ and just give you a dirty look. If you try to be nice and polite it's almost like they take offense to it and become provoked. I've received a lot of stares and whispers when waiting in the lobby. It made me feel very uncomfortable having my child there in the midst of all of that. I wasn't doing anything that would seek the wrong attention. Just quietly tending and talking to my baby. It's very clear that these myopic individuals like to try ostracize people of color and aren't comfortable unless you're timid. As far as my visit with Dr. Olsen goes, he prescribed me something that did not effectively treat my foot corns/callus but actually made them a lot worse. I don't doubt his expertise and he is obviously very passionate about what he does however I feel like it would've worked for someone with a more milder case. He refused to do a follow-up appointment and recommended that I keep using the product and give it some time to work but to no prevail did my feet ever improve. They became a further atrocity cosmetically and medically. The blood circulation in the affected became poorer than ever before... Also, the receptionist in the office tried to rush me out of there 3 times then kicked me out 15 minutes before closing for lunch.

The whole process was brief and to the point. On the first trip there, I received immediate care after an x-ray and exam by Dr. Olsen. His bedside manner or rapport began with a friendly chat getting to know each other. He is a likable person and unassuming. His explanations were all very clear, and he gave me what I needed all along, relief. It was encouraging to go to the follow up exam and receive adjustments (injections) to continue a d further my relief. All in all, I was able to find relief in one stop. Thank you for the positive experience, Carlos

I love my Dr Plaskey, but the receptionist and their system work are awful .After 6 months moved they haven't fixed their system. All emails and reminders to me were false with the new address and my appointment time. Also last time I waited forever for my prescription because they didn't know how to send the order to the pharmacy. Today I had to wait 35 minutes to call me.

The office staff was really friendly and welcoming. I got in really fast to see the Dr. Dr. Olsen is super kind, friendly, and listened to all my concerns. He is very knowledgeable and highly competent. I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Plaskey is one of the most compassionate professionals I know and truly a fortress in his field. After seeing me, he will call me personally to make sure everything is OK. I appreciate his candid responses especially when I am not happy that I may have to go into a boot. Being an avid hiker that is the last thing you want; however, Dr. Pulaski has always brought me back to good health and I really appreciate him.
