Thank you for a quick and painless COVID test administered by a very friendly young man. He made me feel at ease with clear instructions and a good sense of humor. Also, thank you for the provider Nurse/ Dr. that went the extra mile and checked my ear wax for me. I felt so reassured that I was OK.

By far one of the best urgent cares I’ve been to. I had no appointment just walked in & only waited a few minutes in the lobby. Staff was amazing, very clean, doctor was extremely attentive and went above & beyond to make sure I was taken care of & comfortable.

Great visit, I made an appointment and was immediately helped. Staff was friendly and efficient. Office was clean. Nurse practitioner was great and I was in and out quickly with a prescription called in to my pharmacy. I would definitely recommend this location.

I must say the test was nowhere near as bad as I’ve heard from people who have been tested. I got in and out in less than 5 mins. The lady who gave me the test was very nice and she also explained the experience it was completely painless it ticketed more than anything and I was out thank you all for the great experience

Amazing I could feel so good when I was so sick! After having a most unpleasant visit here in June, I was skeptical to return when I had some symptoms of Covid last night. The evening staff was exceptional!! Heather, the MA, and the PA Lauren who cared for me were just amazing. Such great professional women who care about their patients and are passionate about their work. They did not rush me, they wanted to understand everything about how I was feeling and I was very comforted when I left. Banner really turned it around at this location.
