What a horrible experience. These stylists act like they have a maturity level of junior high. I had to listen for 15 minutes to the older receptionist with red hair, trash every stylist there, to another stylist. She then started talking about customers and making fun of them. She was also making fun of a older lady, it's all inexcusable behavior. The stylists need to be trained on how to act like adults. The receptionist should not interact and hold a position with the public.

I had such a lovely time at Bravo Salon on Saturday (11/14) afternoon. Breanna is AMAZING!!! My hair hadn't seen a professional since February 13th and was in desperate need of professional help. She took into consideration the pictures I showed her and what we had discussed during the consultation, but when it came down to it, I told her that I trusted her judgement and to do what she thought would look the best. She did NOT disappoint! The caramel/bronze highlights are beautiful, and the “fireball” red peek-a-boo highlights are gorgeous! It looks awesome for the late fall, upcoming holiday season. I’m so happy with the outcome. I can’t wait to come back and try more color combos with Breanna.
I am so pleased with my hair's outcome! At this hair salon last Monday, I had my hair dyed. I was always unsure about the color I would choose for my hair, the hairstylist was nice enough to advise me, good thing, and gave me advice about what color of hair suits me. I'll certainly recommend this salon for hair!
If you’re thinking about it, do it! Bravo works magic. I went two weeks ago for a spiral perm and I am IN LOVE! The salon itself was incredibly clean and well-organized. I arrived 30 mins early due to no traffic lol and Kim didn’t waste any time and got me in a chair right away I showed her some photos of what I wanted and she really took the time to explain the whole process to me, she’s incredibly knowledgeable and a wizard with the hairs. I was so nervous and had put off perming my hair for over a year but I’m SO happy I decided to take the chance with Bravo. I totally understand why they have such a great reviews for all services especially perms. Also, the staff at the front desk are just so lovely, professional, welcoming, and quick to answer any questions you might have. Overall just a really well-ran business and an even better salon. Two weeks later, and I still smile every time I see myself in the mirror, this hair has given me such a boost, more than I could have imagined or hoped for. I love you, Bravo!!
