Buyer Beware! This place advertises like a resort and does not deliver on its promises. First off I was recommended here by the outpatient treatment center I am attending. Coming from out of state I was looking for a supportive environment to reside in during my recovery process. I am not an alcoholic or drug addict and my treatment was more for depression and trauma. What attracted me was the promise of gourmet style meals and transportation. My first week consisted of pizza delivery, grilled cheese sandwich, tortilla with cheese and no meat and a microwave pot pie. Although I requested information on the rules and guidelines weeks in advance and paid in advance, I did not receive the contract to review until I was boarding the airplane on the day of my arrival. When reaching the house I was told they don’t send it ahead because they have to review it in person. With no where else to go at that point I initialed the quickly read contract on a laptop computer and was not given a copy. READ and understand the whole contract BEFORE giving your money! I suspect there is an arrangement with the outpatient center who by the way told m I was in network with my insurance carrier only to change the story 2 weeks into treatment requiring the whole thing to be paid out of pocket. The sober living had no consideration for my situation and despite repeatedly claiming there was a waiting list for residents, would not release me from the arrangement with 2 weeks prior notice. I vacated because the environment was stressful and working against my peace of mind in the program. Not only did they keep my money but I have now incurred the additional cost of an AirBNB.

Most of their great reviews are from employees not clients. Shady. For the most part it is a fine place but they are purely after your money. There are a number of less expensive options that provide the same services and facilities. They act like they care about you but the second you inform them you don’t have the ridiculously overpriced 3200 they then could care less. Do your research there are better options.
I'd worked full time as house manager from 2013-14 and part time until 2017 at various locations. My experience with the clients, leadership, and ownership were nothing short of professional, courteous, and supportive.
