I took my vacuum here for repair the end of February of 2017. When I called the store he asked how old my machine was and immediately suggested I consider an upgrade (a red flag should have appeared then but it didn't). When I arrived at the store, he went into full sales mode for a Panasonic vacuum that he had several boxes stacked in the corner). He also suggested my vac was not a very good one (a Kenmore Progressive). I told him to repair it anyway. He callled a couple of days later to say it was fixed. My husband went to pick it up and he got the sales pitch for the Panasonic again but paid and took home our vac. The vacuum did not work! Later I took the vac to Baseline Sew and Vac for an estimate. Turns out the machine was clogged with junk and was repaired for less than I had already paid. Do NOT take your vac to Complete Vacuum and Sew, otherwise, you will be sorry!

Took my Dyson Pet Vacuum in for service because it stopped working and I didn't want to spend another 500 to get a new one... It was clogged and needed service and they got it done right away... Owner was hilarious and friendly... great job and I would recommend this place to others...They also sell refurbished vacuums so I would definitely check them out if you are in the market for a new vacuum.
