Dr. Anwar is an outstanding Oncologist and human being. Due to testing results after a car accident my father was diagnosed with prostate cancer that had metastasized to his bones. She quickly put an effective plan in place and waisted no time in treatment. Four months later he is cancer free - an amazing, remarkable recovery. Dr. Anwar’s staff is friendly and proactive. This team worked together to assist in all areas and provide stellar care. I highly recommend Dr. Anwar, Pearla and Lynette (along with the rest of her mighty team).

Dr. Anwar is the most kind and compassionate physician I have ever met in my life. I first met her when I was uninsured. She still chose to see me for free. She then helped me get an insurance by filling out all the paper work. She held my hand through the most difficult time of my life. She has a special way of reassuring patients through the most challenging times of our lives. She is honest, brilliant and empathetic. Simply no one better than her! If you must get cancer, go to her.
As we all know Cancer is very unpredictable, my father had been having liver issues for over a decade when Dr Anwar diagnosed him with cancer of The liver, she let him know as long as he followed the rules and treatments she recommended he would at least have another 10 years and if he didn’t follow he would have MAYBE a year. My father went through all of the treatments and died 8months later at 55, he really appreciated her and liked her as his doctor, but he kept having to be hospitalized and other specialist would say he’s not doing well but we trusted Dr Anwar’s word of Him being okay until his last day. Cancer is unpredictable and we are not oblivious but I do wish we would have gotten a second opinion In that case maybe we would have known his last days or months rather then waking up one day and our father, husband, grandfather and uncle being gone.
Dr. Anwar is currently my oncologist and she’s extremely positive and has made me feel super comfortable and informed going into treatment. She definitely gives her all to her patients even on off days, if I have a question she gets back to me immediately. She’s super dedicated and I 100% recommend her!
Dr. Anwar has been great! She is very kind and has a genuine patient approach. She is very clear in her communications regarding my condition and explains every step of my treatment and diagnosis. Scheduling is never an issue and her front office staff is outstanding.
