Ever since I was introduced to Stephanie Hansen and Driggs Title in mid-2014 by a fellow realtor, I've never used anyone else. Stephanie has always gone way above and beyond her duties as an escrow officer; she's explained all aspects of the closing process to my clients, she's traveled to see my clients, have met them absolutely anywhere including after hours and weekends. Not many will do that. Stephanie and other staff at Driggs Title have always been very professional and respond quickly to requests and/or questions. From opening escrow to closing, Driggs title but most importantly Stephanie Hansen with her expertise, experience, and knowledge, are unsurpassed.

Stephanie Hansen has been more than an Escrow Officer for our transactions, she has consistently been a Team Member with our Company, Transactions and Clients. Stephanie treats our clients like it is her only transaction and when a transaction gets tricky with complicated scenarios, she know the business so well that she can best represent everyone involved in how to get the job done! I can't imagine any Real Estate business without Stephanie. We have followed her great work to Driggs Title and now we can all benefit from her expertise.

We worked with Tricia Hinrichs and Kari from Driggs title agency at the Scottsdale, AZ location. We found Tricia to be rude and we almost couldn't close on the house due to this agency. These people don't reveal their fees upfront and tack them on at the last minute with no prior information. In this case, Tricia failed to get a disclaimer deed signed from us that is necessary to be done before closing. Since we are a military family, my husband was out of state then and we weren't even told that he had to sign this in person until the day before we were supposed to sign closing documents! On top of that, Tricia went ahead and arranged a mobile notary and charged us 75 without telling us about this cost upfront. We only learnt about this when we saw the final fees document. Title and notary fees etc. are supposed to be disclosed to the client upfront. Tricia did not do this and caused all kinds of problems at the last minute due to which our closing date was delayed and had to be postponed. Stay away from this agency!! Tricia Hinrichs is not only rude to deal with, but also totally incompetent and apparently only interested in making money since she charged us fees without disclosing them.
