I had inherited some silver from my father and every way to sell it online seemed sketchy. After further searching I found E. D. Marshall and figured it was my best shot. I was correct. Walking in I was immediately greeted and helped out. I met Brenda W. She was absolutely lovely and trustworthy. I was there for about 20 minutes and felt respected by the staff the whole time. Thank you Brenda!

Had an excellent experience working with Hugh Emmer over the phone. He was kind, easy to talk to and delivered exactly what he promised. Shipped via overnight delivery and I couldn’t ask for anything better. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a new or preowned watch to contact Hugh who will work with you to find the timepiece you want at the price you need. Just an A experience in every way and I hope to purchase from Hugh again in the future. Buy with confidence. E.D. Marshall will take great care of you!

After shopping around online for the best deal and becoming frustrated with out of state dealers I decided to try E.D. Marshall for my watch purchase. I spoke with Sergio over the phone who was very easy to work with. He gave me all the numbers I requested and that's exactly what I paid when I came in. My only regret is wasting time trying to get a better deal out of state, just start here!

Worst Experience! Don't come here. Don't sell your jewelry here. They rip you off and give you 20 cents on the dollar for what your jewelry is actually worth (if you don't know what you have or what its worth - which is most people when selling gold.). I also Went to their coin department over at scottsdale coin and the manager is the least professional manager i'e ever seen. Rudest guy I've ever seen in my life too. His name will Gil. Worst attitude, and treated me like garbage when all I wanted to do was buy some silver eagles. DON'T COME HERE!! GO to valley coin, first national bullion, or phoenix coin shop down the street instead!!!! They pay more too for silver and gold. Ive never seen a more sleezy business model where you pay your customers more money for the items they have (70-80% of the melt value of the jewelry) who are educated on the gold market prices vs only paying (10-20% of the melt value of the jewelry) and rip off the \un-educated\ who don't know the gold market prices to put more profit in your wallet. Terrible Business Model!

They have been my Jewelers since 2008. Bought my first piece with them and I keep coming back for more. They are reliable, have great quality and great prices. Their jewelry is unique. They sure do know how to make a girl happy!!
