Our group Scottsdale trip started out great. Then one day in we found bed bugs in one of the room. Pictures and videos were taken. When we wrote them originally they promised full refund 4900 less 500. The 500 could be used for a future trip. The 16 people on the trip weren’t happy but we felt that was fair. Two days later they write us and say that they will only be giving us 2700. I have screenshots of the emails. Due to the fact that we were lied to we are going to social media. I guess this is the only way to hold these people accountable.

This was the first time I had used an agency to help organize a trip to AZ. Had previously used other companies for trips on the east coast. GolfTroop and James made scheduling and organizing the trip as easy as possible. From guiding me through course selection and making recommendations on accommodations for our group of 8, to a referral for an incredible private chef that cooked all of our dinners, stocked our kitchen and made breakfast, the service and options were first class. To complicate everything this year, we had to reschedule due to COVID-19. GolfTroop made that as painless as possible. Our group had an amazing trip and I will continue to use GolfTroop for future trips. Thank you!
My group and I worked with James and could not have had a better experience. James was unbelievably accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. This was the best trip that my group has every had. I do not have one negative thing to say about this trip. I will absolutely be using golf trip annually from now on for our golf trip and recommending it to anyone looking to book a golf trip.
GolfTroop is the only place I would go through if you want to book an unforgettable golf getaway. They do everything first class and provide excellent suggestions of not only the best courses but even those bargain courses that are under the radar. Would highly recommend them to anybody!
What more to say other than Jimmy Rood is the man!! GolfTroop is the only booking service worth talking to when planning a trip to AZ or Palm Springs. They'll take care of everything for you! Great accommodations, course recommendations, responsiveness, etc... Highly recommended, 5 stars all around!
