Great!. Angie G, went above & beyond to get my shoes/lifts done. Despite several challenges, she could not have been more helpful and patient....making sure I had the correct fit.! These people really try to get it right. Kelly, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, Always smoothing any unforeseen issues . So glad I used this company.

WOW....just wow. Their staff that answers the phone sure needs some customer service training. I just called to find out how to get a new leg brace and got a smart mouthed receptionist. I need a new leg brace because the one I got in 2000 when I lived in Washington state is wearing out. The receptionist said I had to go to where I originally got it...yeah right I am going to fly back to Seattle just to get a new brace made. She was very unhelpful and rude when I was just asking her for other options since going going back to Seattle is just out of the question. Also a different office of Hangar fixed it for me about 3 years ago and didn’t have a problem with it not being from there facility. Negative stars on this one.
