Heather has taught me so much more than I ever thought possible! She is absolutely amazing! I was extremely hesitant to reach out to a nutritionist, as I had never done it before, but Heather made the process SO much better. She has been supportive of me with everything and I could not have asked for someone better to learn from! She has so many tips and information about gluten free and low carb food. Highly recommend :)

My first meeting with Heather was very good. I appreciated that she listened to my problems and she addressed each one. Her advice was clear and it gave me a comprehensive approach to remedy my issues. I didn't feel that her recommendations were too restrictive and I feel comfortable with the parameters she offered me. I look forward to trying out the plan she shared and working more with her.
