They have not reached out to me since their office shut down. Charles Runyan was suppose to send me my files for my patent application or refer me to another attorney to finish my files, I keep scheduling calls and still no response to my emails or calls for 3 months since the email was sent to me regarding their closure.

My experience with Integrity was truly awesome in every regard. This is my first patent as an independent inventor and it went the smoothest of all my previous patents. The Integrity team fulfilled every promise and developed a high quality Patent Application for my oil filter drain/removal tool very quickly with a minimum of fuss. While there are many factors to consider in the patenting process, it is a testament to the caliber of Integrity's work that a Notice of Allowance was issued in an unusually short time. I highly recommend them.
