JUST FOR REDHEADS

In the past I have purchased several products from Just For Redheads, and they have been satisfactory for the most part. More recently I purchased a fairly expensive 12” fall hairpiece, although I did not use it until several months after my purchase. Once I started using this purchase, I came to the conclusion that it cannot be real human hair, as claimed by the owner of Just For Redheads. This hairpiece tangles and knots terribly, even as it is worn as a simple ponytail. Each evening I have to spend close to a half hour trying to detangle it, pulling out a large amount of “hair” in the process. In another few months, there will be nothing left of this hairpiece, due to the amount that falls out every time I try to gently comb out the all the clumps. Not recommended. Well, I happened to see the response from “the owner”, so I followed her suggestion of calling her. That was a week ago, with no response. As I was thinking again of this hairpiece, purchased from Just for Redheads, I realized that the texture of the hair in this product seemed to be exactly like the texture of a horse’s tail. Still not recommended.
