Top Shelf! Precise execution on the tight timeline I was quoted. I was worried about using a 3rd party expedited service, but was referred by one of their partners which was a comfort factor that influenced my decision. On my initial contact, I received detailed and specific guidance on what was needed as well as the purpose for each document and step in the process. My call was answered the first try in about 2 rings. My Specialist even suggested a cost saving plan to meet my needs. I was given a specific timeline for turnaround. Being a detail oriented guy, I checked up mid-stream to ensure they had everything they needed...my call was answered immediately and everything was in order. Email correspondence also had same-day response. Bottom line...I received my passport sooner than expected; Legal Passport has a new promoter in me! I have already recommended their service with several of my friends and professional contacts! Service, Execution, and price???...out of the ball park! Very informative and straightforward about their process to get your passport in an emergency. If you really need a passport fast, these are your guys. It’ll cost about 2-3x the standard price though.
