I am so fortunate that Mary has been so helpful in this new experience of RV storage! She has been so patient answering my million questions and concerns, plus continues to take my calls even when I have a few more! She keeps the facility nice, clean, and welcoming too. It is a relief to have someone so kind when dealing with the newness of a situation.

Lost my keys yesterday. Had to get my lock drilled out on the unit. Although I wouldn’t recommend losing your keys, they process to get back I. Was painless and Maressa and Jeff were very helpful. They even gave me two LS key chains to help keep me on track so this sort of thing doesn’t happen again.
Mary is one of the exceptions and an epitomes of five star customer service. Mary makes the World round and can influence many young and aspiring peoples towards what it take to serve the customer at the highest level which is reflective of this particular location being Grayhawk/Scottsdale... She knows the nuances of the market. Probably has mastered her role. Definitely a leader.. If I was engaged in a War Zone I want Mary with me.. A true winner!! This place is highly recommend. The Manager Mary runs a very clean and safe place. I will always use this place over any other storage facility.
