We've visited the clinic 4 times in the past 5 yrs for small medical needs. The experience has always been very good. The staff are thorough, friendly, pleasant and too care of our needs. I'd say, ignore the grouchy reviews because neg heads are everywhere.

Don't go here! I went in clinic because I haven't felt good for about 10 days and worse in last four days. Told her my symptoms were headache, sore throat, and chest tightness/breathing. She spent 10 min. filling out computer paperwork/insurance and 3 min examining me. She charged me for an extended visit of 129. I literally was in her office for 13 minutes which is on the paperwork that she gave me. Everything that is typed up on her diagnosis is incorrect. She told me I have bronchitis. She looked at my throat for exactly one second. I asked her to look at my throat again. She said that my throat was sore from post nasal drip, yet in her typed up diagnosis, she said I was negative for post nasal drip. Negative for a headache even though I told her 3 times that I was having headaches. She put in her typed up diagnosis that my symptoms are aggravated by lying down (absolutely not true, in fact its the opposite) - I told her that I have chest tightness and it shows negative for that in her diagnosis. It states that symptoms are alleviated by Over the Counter drugs...absolutely not true, never said that, and if that was the case, I wouldn't even of gone there. She went through the entire exam very robot like. I will be most likely be going to my regular doctor tomorrow. I really recommend that you do not go to this minute clinic. I was told that I had clear lungs and then bronchitis. Absolutely no personality. I truly have never had a medical exam where I did not feel examined in my life!

Horrible experience at this location. Website says lunch is from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm. A female came out at 11:45 am and told us they were going to lunch and would be closed for 30 minutes. At 12:13 pm another female came out and asked myself and another gentleman if we were waiting for the Minute Clinic, we both said yes. She then told us they were going to lunch and would be closed for 30 minutes, I spoke up and said we were both told almost 30 minutes ago you were closing. She went on to say \I am the Nurse Practitioner and I am telling you we are closed for the next 30 minutes.\ The gentleman and I looked at each other and agreed she was rude and extremely unprofessional. I called the main phone # for Minute Clinic headquarters to complain about the service and left as we had already been there for 1 hour and 15 minutes and it was going to be at least another 30 minutes. I also did not want to be seen by the Nurse Practitioner who does not have any customer service skills. Wish I would have got her name off her name tag before she vanished behind her door. On a side note we have always received professional service at the Minute Clinic on Tatum & Dynamite

I had a follow up scheduled appointment, the appointment was running late and then my name was completely deleted from the line and they wanted me to reschedule. DO NOT GO HERE.

Horrible experience...checked in and expected to be seen right away. Gentleman checks and asked us about the 3 hour wait! Rechecked the board and suddenly there were appointments scheduled throughout the afternoon. We had no idea the wait was that long nor did we know you might have to schedule on-line (if possible). About 15 minutes went by before a person came in. I wouldn't recommend this place.
