After visiting just about every laser school in Arizona I chose NALA Institute and just finished my certified laser technician training. The small classes with hands-on training on more than 25 machines, including one of the newest, prepared me well for providing laser and radio frequency treatments. The exceptional instructor knowledge and expertise exceeded my high expectations. Learning from the very best in the industry was a privilege.

Highly recommend NALA. I did my homework calling all laser training institutes prior to signing with NALA. It’s hands on training which is the best way to learn. They have over 30 machines that you get experience on which is unheard of. You are able to list all the machines on your resume after you’re certified. Medical offices and spas have different machines and you will have experience on all of the machines. Not only are you trained in laser but also radio frequency and ultrasound. Eric the trainer is the best in the business and is the go to person for most medical professionals with questions. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of laser, radio frequency and ultrasound and how the machines operate. After class they provide constant ongoing support. Trina and Eric answer calls or texts promptly. Not only are you getting training but a lifetime of support. I am starting my own business now and I could not have done it without NALA, Trina and Eric. Exceptional company!

I just finished laser training at NALA and had such a great experience. The intimate class sizes allowed for 1:1 training opportunities and lots of individual attention. I previously had taken the didactic portion of laser school at a large school and felt lost in the sea of too many students. At NALA I was one of 8 and I was able to use at least ten different lasers and devices and saw MANY patients during class. Erick and Trina are amazing instructors full of so much knowledge.... I left feeling really confident about laser treatment. I highly recommend if you want a lot of hands on experience with many different devices.

I attended NALA for laser and I loved every minute of it. I liked having a smaller class and all the hands-on practice. Trina and Eric really do such a great job at teaching the material. Talor is also so amazing! She helps Trina with trainings and Talor is so supportive. The first few days can be overwhelming but it all comes together by the end of the first week. Being able to feel confident in explaining laser procedures and performing them is huge within this industry and they make you feel totally comfortable. I also like how once you go through the program, you can always go back for a refresher if needed or once they get a new laser / RF modality. I love that I can continue growing in our field and expanding my knowledge with them. I recently just landed a job at Phoenix Skin Cosmetic Dermatology in north Scottsdale and getting laser certified was 1000% worth it. I wouldn't have gotten this job without it and without the knowledge I gained from the program. Im forever grateful.

I learned so much more than I thought even possible. You can be taught in a class room all day long. Until you actually do the work you have NO IDEA! That is what is great about the way Eric and Trina train. Lots of hands on treatments on real clients and each other as students! You HAVE to know how the treatments feel so when asked you can tell your clients how it felt! Both Eric and Trina are so knowledgeable and professional, not to mention two of the nicest people I have meet. You will leave knowing all about how laser technology works and why it works the way it does. I would highly recommend your laser training here!

If you are looking for a Laser Training Program look no further!! The education I received far surpassed my expectations. The amount of different equipment they have to train on is second to none. It gave me a lot of hands on experience I wouldn’t have received at another school. From the moment you walk into the program you are always a member. They have helped me negotiate my equipment purchase, find reputable insurance, and navigate the small business laser industry. The opportunities are endless! Plus with the intimate class size I met so many great people and have continued to stay in touch and network.

I never leave reviews. I work with the public in my everyday life. So most days the last thing I want to do in my free time is leave feedback on the work ethic of another human being. However Trina and Eric deserve this from me. They are wonderful. I had severe burns on most of my legs due to a procedure done incorrectly by a different vein center. Not only are Trina & Eric helping with removing the existing veins, they are testing a different laser on my slowly healing burns and pigments in the skin. I am so grateful for this opportunity they have provided me. This whole situation put me in a sad place. But just the fact that I found these people in my hour of sadness is proof positive the Universe has our backs. Thank you so much. I know my legs are healing.
