I spoke with Lindsey the office manager. My opinion is that this clinic is a big waste of time. The practice is unprofessional and disorganized, spend your money elsewhere. You are welcome!

I was honestly expecting a better outcome than what I had with this office. I had come into the office with pain in my hand and elbow. Dr. Thull simply told me to rub \Tiger balm on it\. after 3 months of being in pain I did not find this to be an appropriate response. I am now going to a pain clinic and getting an MRI done of my elbow, as it should have been done in the first place. I feel that he basically blew me off. To make matters worse, they charge you a 4% fee for using your credit card, which I am not sure if that is even legal. From being a business owner, paying your credit card processing fees is simply a part of doing business. I was not impressed with this office since his advice was that of a 12 year old to rub Tiger Balm on it. If you dare leave a bad review about him, he will get very hostile and condescending.

Dr. Thull is a highly skilled, state-of-the-art surgeon who is also a nice human being! I had painful bumps on my fingers due to osteoarthritis. I was told by previous doctors that outcomes for this condition would be limited at best. Dr. Thull removed the painful bumps and gave me back my hands!!!! His office staff are personable, professional and caring, and were always available for questions and information. Dr. Thull is a very very very professional, knowledgeable and skilled surgeon. He took the time to thoroughly explain to me what he could and could not do and what to expect in terms of outcomes. He is totally honest, very trustworthy and is just plain a nice person to be around. He answers your questions completely and has an incredible knowledge base which he eagerly explains to you. I am grateful for having found this wonderful surgeon. You will be in the very best of hands with Dr. Thull.
