Patterson Homes remodeled our master bathroom. The work was performed with a high level of quality. All the workmen were competent, careful and clean. Chelsea was the project manager and met with us numerous times and moved things along. She helped us select tile and fixtures as well as the overall design. She would always return our calls and came out to see how the project was going. Overall, we are very happy with how this project came out.

I couldn't be more pleased with the services provided by Patterson. I worked with Roger specifically. We are a busy cancer center and scheduling was hard as we could not interrupt patient appointments, they worked with us and were so flexible on the hours and time frames we needed. The work was done when they said it was going to be done. The only slight issue we had was a few glue spots that came up from the flooring that was not dry yet, however they came out right away to correct the issue. I have and will always recommend this company!

After a flood in our home Patterson Homes was recommended by our insurance company to put everything back together. The damage was extensive; flooring, drywall, both bathrooms, plumbing and some minor construction. Jake was our project manager and did a good job with coordinating all of the work. We were away for the summer and unable to return because of covid. My wife looked at materials online and Jake managed to procure almost everything. When we came back in October our house was 95% put back together. The only problem that arose was the remaining 5%. There were a couple of small things that needed to be fixed and of course contractors are interested in big jobs, not small ones, so the work took another two months to finally be completed. The final 5% was completed by Ruben, who was pleasant, hard working and competent. The bill was fair and well explained and overall the experience was positive. We would recommend Patterson Homes.

Gibran and his workers did an amazing job remodeling my home after an unfortunate water damage situation. I have never had to deal with an insurance claim or construction and was a bit nervous about the whole process. However, I was pleasantly surprised that the financial end was simple and streamlined with very little stress on my end. Quotes were emailed quickly and were always explained if I had questions. He was also accommodating to my busy work schedule. I was very happy with the work that they did and would definitely recommend!

We would highly recommend Patterson Homes & Remodeling to anyone planning a remodeling project! We worked with Dean Alonzo to replace tile in several areas of our home, and completely remodel our master bathroom—he was fantastic. From the time he came and gave us a quote, we knew we wanted to work with him. Jorge and his tile crew were meticulous and created a huge curbless walk-in shower on a post tension slab that is the foundation of our home. All the tile work is stunning and even when we asked for a modification everything was done with a smile. Carlos fabricated quartz countertops that are beautiful and create a luxurious spa like room. Jessie is a phenomenal carpenter and he can guide you with new and creative ideas. Kyle installed all our plumbing fixtures and left the work space in wonderful condition. Dean kept us informed everyday of what to expect, no surprises and our project was completed on time. Every one of the individuals involved in our project was polite, friendly and was committed to the delivery of satisfaction to us as the homeowner. Communication, follow-through and quality of all the work was beyond our expectations. We are very happy with our outcome and thank Patterson Homes & Remodeling for doing such a wonderful job.
