Robert was easy to work with and willing to take on all of my special request. Our work only extended through the planing and design phase, but he managed all the details well. I was able to speak face to face with the project architect, and he worked with the City of Mesa historical district to complete all permits(they are a pain). Overall I was pleased with the communication, design and planning that occurred during my project planing phases.

Robert Valenti of Project Construction is meticulous and sweats the small details. How many general contractors care about the joints of tile in a shower surround? Not many. I've personally seen him have his tile sub contractors remove some tile to \get it right.\ Here, the Butler Casita shows the beauty of those joints. It isn't just tile—everything must line up and look \clean and crisp.\ Notice the glass doors, cabinetry & general installation? Having done two projects with him I hope to do more.
