Cars performed great and are impeccably maintained. Staff is Professional, patient and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is relaxed but serious when necessary. Doing the two day course with the F16 falcons training as a backrop in the Phonenix track a fantastic plus!!!!

I booked the Ferrari racing experience with David Zubick for my boyfriend's birthday. I didn't expect that my bf would accept a job out of state and now we are moving out of state. I called David to ask if he'd make an exception for a refund or partial refund, given that these are circumstances that I didn't expect and we won't be able to attend. Over the course of two weeks, I've called and emailed him several times and he acts like he doesn't know the situation because he eceives hundreds of emails and calls\... I sincerely doubt that. You're so desperate to keep my 425. He said that he'd lack integrity if he offered a refund because he'd have to go back to every customer that has asked for a discount in the last 35 years (OK David, being a bit overdramatic). I sent him the offer letter to prove that this isn't an excuse and that he wouldn't be lacking integrity but offering compassion in understanding that we're moving for a job. He said that he's never allowed discounts, not even for deaths in the family! Wow. This is a greedy and desperate company that lacks empathy, kindness, and customer service.

I purchased two cars back in September of 2019. It has been over 1 year of rescheduling due to weather, covid and twice they just happened to have to reschedule a few days before my appointment. I’ve called to reschedule and then finally asked for my money back since they clearly do not value trying to make their customers happy. They now have 650 dollars of my money and are not willing to give a refund for a service I have not used.

David the owner & the other David (my Instructor and passenger) were both pleasant and professional. I did 15 laps in the Ford GT 40. It was an awesome experience. I highly recommend driving with Racing Adventures. A
