My Dad owns Tierra Custom Stone and we just rebuilt their signs and they look really great. This is a splendid little spot in Scottsdale. I'd recommend it to anyone!

My husband & I have vacationed at the Racquet Club for over 15 years. We loved it so much that in 2014 we bought a town home. We have developed many special friendships through the years. The Racquet club offers several tennis courts, 5 pools, fitness center & more.

I bought a home here and lived here for about 5 years. I was in my mid 20's when I first moved in. I never had a party, never played loud music, don't even own a T.V. to be played late or loud. Constantly had problems with \older\ neighbors reporting and complaining about my actions, over exaggerating them or flat out lying. For example, loading a few boxes at 9pm to take to my father in the morning, warrants suspicious \late night\ activity complaints. This happened to the point of being visited by the police for suspected illegal activity. It was flat out ridiculous. Another \older\ resident went through a grounds workers personal vehicle to find information, as she suspected him of being an illegal immigrant... and I'm dead serious. The HOA and office are just as bad as they support and convey the same actions. This place is basically a High-school popularity contest for retirees with NOTHING better to do but try and make people as miserable as them. The grounds and homes are beautiful but beware of the terrible side to this snob hole. P.S. If you are in your 30's or younger and in a group of more than 2 and are even slightly enjoying yourself at the pool, be prepared to be approached by the manager for noise complains. God forbid you move here and have children... Good luck!
